We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. We have partnered up with the best courier service providers to provide reliable shipping from our warehouses by ePacket, DHL, FedEx or EMS and in USA only, by USPS.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to your cart totals.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

*These are all estimates and may differ according to stock availability. Your order may be delivered in less than 5 days or than the upper limit of your region but the maximum delivery time is 30 business days.

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
Please note that if you order 2 or more items, each item may be delivered separately from our different storehouses. Please do not be worried if you only receive one part of your order, as in most cases it simply means the rest of your order is still on it’s way.
If our maximum delivery time (60 days) has passed before you receive your full order then kindly contact support on our Contact page or email support@krownhair.co.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment methods include PayPal and Credit cards.
PayPal
PayPal is a safe and easy way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.
PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).
- After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
- You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
- You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.
The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:
- The payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
- When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account).
- When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.

Stripe is a secure online payment gateway supporting multiple credit card services. It powerfully and efficiently captures online payments without storing any of your data, therefore, ensuring a high level of security.
